PROJECT GOAL: The goal of AID4EVE is to create a Digital Training Platform providing APPs based micro-content that will enable VET students to become more competent at strategic Universal Skills that will allow the development of enhanced employability prospects in vocational education and training.


TARGET GROUP: The primary target group of the project AID4EVE are the educators, instructors, and trainers of the vocational-education schools and institutions that provide training programs, which are aligned to the needs of the job-market.


PRIMARY BENEFICIARIES: The primary beneficiaries will be the low-skilled young VET students as well as adult trainees who are enrolled in the VET schools and institutions in up-skilling or re-skilling courses.


PROJECT OBJECTIVES: What do we want to achieve by implementing the Erasmus+ KA-2 VET SSP project?

Project AID4EVE aims to facilitate digital transformation in VET by creating a DIGITAL TRAINING PLATFORM (DTP) for developing Universal Skills of VET students, which will contribute towards enhancing employability of VET trainees by developing key competences aligned to job market needs.

Simultaneously the digital training content will contribute towards digital transformation in VET by further developing digital competence and didactical readiness of VET trainers in contemporary digital era.


PROJECT RESULTS:

1. DIGITAL TRAINING PLATFORM (DTP) for developing Universal Skills (Critical Thinking Skills, Conflict Resolution, Strategic Planning) through a collection of LEARNING APPs that build competence for cross-sector utility and enhanced transferability of employment. This DTP will train VET students for skilling, upskilling, or re-skilling.

2. AID4EVE project management toolkit - risk management, quality assurance, dissemination, sustainability.
